*** It is also the 42nd anniversary of the first Super Bowl. In 1967, the Green Bay Packers won the first NFL-AFL World Championship Game – which later became known as the Super Bowl - defeating the Kansas City Chiefs at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
